This is a great spot. Coola space. Good drinks. Amazing food. The menu is small but the food is outstanding. Deviled Eggs FTW! Service is average.

Stopped in for drinks and dinner. Decided to get a few small plates and share them. The craft cocktails are as delicious as they are beautiful. The food was pretty good...ran into some issues with their homemade chicken nuggets. The first batch was absolutely stone cold in the center. Unfortunately, they seemed a bit understaffed, so I had to bring this to the bartender's attention. They apologized and made it right with a new order that was done right. :) If I went back, it would be for the drinks. Priced right and absolutely delicious.

Bar was actually pretty cool, the staff on the other hand are pretty slow.. simply ordering a beer will be at least 15 to 20 minutes long.. so plan accordingly. Food is not too bad, but maybe for the crowd little more simple options.. all in all, great bar but the owner needs to address the quickness of the service

A good quiet place to grab and drink and catch up with a friend. This place has culture to it and the the vibe is chill. It also has an old time feel to it. The drinks are great!

Really good old-fashioned. Sweet decor and awesome bartender! Come visit us sometime at the Scottish Thistle in Piqua, Ohio!

This is one of my favorite places in Indy. The food is great, the drinks are delicious! Southern comfort food with their own twist, I've never been disappointed!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. A couple friends and myself tried this place because it was the only restaurant in Fountain Square without a wait, but we now know why! First off, when our food came, my main entree (wings special) was missing. He didn’t even realize until I said so. I’ve been a server and it was obvious he forgot to put it in as part of the order. But I was patient, as I know how it is, but they rushed the cooking and preparing. Took about another 10 mins after that for my wings to arrive. I cut into one and it seemed a little raw. My friend asked if they were smoked and maybe that’s why the pinkish color, server said “yeah I think so”. The lighting in the place made it hard to tell, so I went ahead and nibbled a bit off. Luckily it was a very meatless wing so I didn’t get much. Started on the second one and it clearly was bloody and raw! We used our phone flashlights to look and were completely disgusted!! It is NOT OK to serve raw chicken to people!! We called server over, he took them back to the kitchen and even came back to tell us that the cook doesn’t like to admit when he messes food up. He said they’d take it off the bill, and I basically said I want my whole meal taken off. I ate my Mac n Cheese, and drank my $10 cocktail. They’re lucky I don’t report them to the board of health. Further, my friend had the $22 steak sandwich and ate half because it was pretty disgusting. I will never go back here and I will definitely NOT recommend to anyone! Gross.

Most of the time, it's the best cocktail bar in Indy. Every now and then, the regularly rotating drink menu misses the mark. As for food, the chicken sandwich isn't what it used to be but it's still very good. The rest of the menu is a overpriced. Nonetheless, the atmosphere and staff make the venue well worth a visit (and return visits).

The bar it's self is very cool and attracts the hipster crowd. It's for some but other may not not enjoy the crowd. More importantly the bartender was extremely slow and moved without any real sense of urgency. When we finally got our drinks they were horrible. I mean bad. We quickly left after being served. Not a great experience for me overall.

Drinks and service were amazing! Tyler and Steph make a mean whiskey drink!! Keep elevating the mixology profession.

Thunderbird never disappoints. The cocktail list is always unique...they always put their spin on classics. The White Russian they currently have on the menu is outrageous. Oh, and the cornbread. Always try the cornbread.

First time. Will repeat.

I have heard good things about this place but the cocktails are SO complex. I enjoy interesting and different drinks and it’s almost common now for these trendy restaurants and bars to have unique drinks but this was weird to say the least. Our service was great and our server tried to give good suggestions but I was still struggling to understand why there was absolutely nothing that caters to people who are not what the server referred to as “cocktail heads”. I could have ordered a regular vodka soda or something standard here but I wanted to try something fun—that being said I am not into a $12 drink made up entirely of ingredients that I have never once heard of. If you haven’t been a hipster bartender before you will not know what you’re ordering and you’re taking a shot in the dark on whether or not you will enjoy your overcomplicated and overpriced cocktail.

Great whiskey selection and lovely craft cocktails. The menu changes and always has something a little out of the ordinary to try. Easily my favorite bar in Fountain Square.
