On November 17th at approximately 1130am, I was awaiting my flight when I decided I would stop in for a quick bite to eat at Tinker Coffee right next to Spirit Airlines. I had seen many people walk in to the restaurant area and have a seat so I proceeded to do so myself. Upon walking in to sit down at a table (where there were plenty of seats/tables), I was stopped by an employee (Rachael) who appeared to be on break as I arrived at the table I was going to sit at. She looked up at me and with attitude stated "Are you here with anyone?, then please wait to be seated" and pointed at the sign that I apparently missed when I walked in. I was shocked by the way she was talking to me like i was just the abomination of the universe for missing the sign, and then as soon as i walked back to the front, immediately another waiter told me I could go ahead and sit where I would like...I watched several people afterwards walk in and sit themselves, one couple sitting at the table DIRECTLY next to this employee, and the employee said nothing to anyone else. Being even more annoyed now, I discussed my concerns with the "manager" Makayla and she told me she would talk to her. Approximately 15 minutes passed and I overheard the two talking just a couple of feet away from me. The only thing that was done was the rude employee (Rachael) was asked what had happened and then they went on their way. I finished my food and left to go stand in line for my flight. As I'm standing in line for my flight, I overhear laughing from the restaurant. I look over and Rachael (the rude employee) is laughing with her coworkers for what I'm assuming was about the situation. I sat there and listened for a minute and i hear "ya that's him right over there", as she points at me. They all continued laughing and talking about how the situation was funny right in front of other customers. I ignored them and moved on with my flight, however, what kind of customer service is that to be so bluntly rude to a paying customer who simply just didn't see the sign, single only me out for some reason, and then sit there and point and laugh at said customer when they leave, boasting about how you got away with being so rude? Where is the management? Where is the accountability? If i did this growing up at my minimum wage job I would have been dropped on the spot. Absolutely garbage staff!

We stopped in around 6:00 a.m. for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Everything tasted good and the breakfast sandwich was large. The service was fast and friendly enough. They’re a little pricey, but that’s typical for an airport these days.

Had a chai latte so spicy that it burned my mouth. It was so not mixed right, and overpriced.
The lady at the front counter was sweet and helped me pick a drink that I absolutely loved, the staff was pleasant and they definitely work hard. My iced latte was done in less than 5 minutes, super convenient <3

Best coffee I’ve ever had in an airport! I know the tinker reputation in coffee but doubted that an airport location would live up to it, but I was pleasantly proven wrong and was super impressed with the latte I had.

One of the best coffee lattes I’ve ever had at an airport. I should have known better, but the matcha latte I got on a different trip was pitiful. The muffin was nothing great, either. Stick to the coffee drinks.
