The best tacos I've ever had. I went here after I saw it ranked highly on a list of the best tacos in the country and it is evident why this place is spectacular. If you have never been it should jump to the top of your list of places to try.
Food was ok. Flavor was good but value was not there. Mostly bread. I can’t believe people pay this much for what was essentially 3 relatively small sandwiches. 3 sandwiches a beer 2 sodas and tip $71 is insane. Never again

Everything was great! Recommend the jackfruit asado tacos. The owner, Carlos, was very kind. They are hiring so please spread the word! Helpful tips: the entrance is in the back not facing Washington st. You can walk around or park on the side (the library) and there is an opening between parking spots that gives access to the patio/entrance.

Was closed an hour earlier than hours listed and phone number goes straight to voicemail that doesn’t even have a personal greeting. Was excited for this first time to try out and this is my experience.
Amazing food and love the owner! We are regulars here and will be until we run out of money! Food is a little pricy but tastes great!

Everything is amazing , hands down new favorite food spot. Flavor in every single dish. The street corn blew me AWAY!!! Great choice for vegan or non vegans , the service was phenomenal. Awesome outdoor seating !!

Order up front and find a seat inside or outside. Quick turn around times on food. It is a little pricey but you taste it. Habanero sauce is as perfect; hot but not miserable. The rice and beans were delicious and not your typical Mexican-American hoopla. My partner (?) got the vegan birria and consumé. I got the hibiscus, chicken mole, and pork carnita tacos.
They were absolutely deadly. The hibiscus tasted like meat and was interesting. The other tacos just tasted like someone made them with love. I withhold calling these the best tacos I’ve ever had, but they are definitely quality.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian gf loves this place.
Above & beyond any other mexican restaurant or taco shop out there… period. Every salsa was dynamite, the guac was super fresh & tasty! Makes me want to visit Indianapolis again. Just what the doctor ordered ! ;)
Amazing vegetarian & vegan tacos! It's been hard to find great vegetarian Mexican food since I moved out of SoCal. As a vegetarian, I jumped at the chance to try birria tacos for the first time and I loved the smokey spice, the texture of the jackfruit filling, and the flavorful vegan dipping broth. The tofu mole tacos were also great, with bright salsas complementing the rich mole. I'll definitely be back.
