Placed a delivery order at midnight. we were told it would be here in about 45 minutes, it is now 2 AM and we still have no pizza. When we call the store, they tell us that it is baking… It has been baking for two hours now, and when they “transfer the call to the manager,” no one answers. Awful service. Awful communication.
Worst place ever, the gm page declined a news interview because of how nasty the place is, they have roaches. She also fired an employee stating “ this isn’t going to work you message me too much”. she has the worse attitude ever she goes off constantly on staff and there was a fight in the store infront of customers and she did nothing she said she did not care. Oh boy. We are from out of town and ordered pizza late night to our hotel and our driver constantly called saying he didn’t know where embassy suites is. We (the out of towners) gave great directions of exactly where we were. He still couldn’t find us. We were 1.2 miles from the store. They need drivers who know where they are going and are at least polite when calling. Lastly after finally getting our order, the breadsticks were doughy.
