I ordered 3 slices of ham in my sandwich and they gave me 3 pieces of hair in it instead. It's a miracle I've only got food poisoning from this place once.

On multiple occasions, there has been hair in my food. The food is worse than the average high school food. 50% of the time when I order they get my order wrong. It's “unlimited” but when I try to order extra protein they get mad. Overall it's very unsanitary, the food is awful, and the employees don't care about getting your order correct. If you aren't forced to eat here for the love of God don't. Also at all costs try to get out of the meal plan.

Publicly announcing that she couldn't order it and would have to come back for it [if she was sure she wanted that much] if she wanted that much. However when I (male) have ordered the exact same thing dozens of times it has never been a problem.
