Half the building is understocked or understaffed at all times, I don't know if the staff cares but I guarantee chartwells doesn't.Edit: Passed the cookie tray today, covered in flies. Came back hours later, different cookie tray, flies still there.
Really not a bad place for lunch if you're a grown up - $11 to graze as you please, some food is made to order (burgers, sandwiches, stir fry) as well as some self-serve quick options of a hot pasta bar and a generous salad bar. You order the custom stuff at a kiosk and they shout your number when it's ready. And of course they have the requisite soft serve ice cream machine from your college dorm memories. Seating is pleasant and lots of windows, but a little loud.

Eat as much as you want at a reasonable price. Anyone visiting Indy should pay a visit to this place for a quick lunch or brunch. All the items are fresh, hot and just made in front of your eyes. The taste is also good.
