Had a great time. Drinks were good. The petit food was great, the bistro was alright. Got the wings and the sauce was not good. They also sat us at a table that is right next to a high table. Felt like the other people were towering over us and could hear our entire conversation.

Amazing food. Terrific ambiance when you walk in. Very cozy with a fantastic aroma. You just know the food will be good when you walk in. Super service with creative food. Selected randomly but will 100% out Union 50 in the regular rotation.

Duck was well prepared. Lamb meatballs and the wedge salad were just good. Service was excellent and quick. Beverage selection was ok, average cocktails, decent beer and wine choices.

Great service, we were seated at a table almost in the entry way which was strange when the other half of the table was empty. Special appetizer was potato skins - a little surprising how uninventive they were given the description. Overall we had a great time, but not our best experience at this restaurant.

The food was good, however there was no add ons, no bread & oil/butter, nothing in addition. We came here to celebrate a Birthday. No birthday dessert for birthday person. There wasn't even a piece of candy after the check was paid. Just a “happy birthday “ from our waitress who didn't care to find out who's birthday was it. No parking available..had to go to a pay lot to park. Thankfully it wasn't too cold to walk to it. (Previous time here, car got broken into; broken window and suitcase stolen from it).. Picked this restaurant because it was within 10-15 minutes from the Hilbert Theater where we went for a birthday present event. Didn't realize it was same place we got our car broken into before... We didn't have any drinks. It's missing teenage friendly food items in their menu... If you want a nice, cozy intimate experience, this is not the place. Dinning room is a big hall combined with the bar. Service was ok. She didn't come back to ask how food was. The water boys brought more ice and water. It took our waitress a bit after we were finished to check us out.

Had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Our server, Samantha, was terrific—attentive, friendly ready to make recommendations and provide clarity on menu preparations. Our water glasses were always full. Bar service was great. Loved the drink menu. Food was delicious! We had the lamb meatballs and dates appetizers; duck duck and swordfish were excellent. Great service and a nice booth with a view of the room and the ability to hear each other well.

Union 50 is one of our go to restaurants. The food is always tasty and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The concept of each dish was goood but overall too many ingredients in each dish (we ordered 4 dishes - the octopus, gnocchi, lamb shank, & swordfish) instead of letting the main protein and/or ingredient shine on its own. Each dish was good but could be refined a little bit to enhance the dish instead of having other ingredients be the main thing you taste. The dessert was fantastic!

Fun vibe and cocktails. Great food. Would definitely go back. Would sit at the bar next time.

Went to union 50 over the weekend it was not that busy. The ambience was great. The bartenders had great communication did not let my drinks that were a bit pricey but good did not let my drinks run out. I order calamari for appetizer. It was a bit salty for dinner I had shrimp pasta add chicken. It came out. There was no shrimp in it and a very small portion of chicken It was no salt in my food at all my woman Ordered salmon her food was very bland . I'm talking about no salt at all. They didn't want to adjust my bill. They wanted to give me dessert which I definitely did not want. I'll give it a four out of 10 only because the bartenders are doing their job. I just don't understand they were not busy. I believe whoever the head chef is do not have a pallet Or might've had Covid and can't tasteIt's easy to see things with herb spices, and a bit of salt

I was coming in for a meeting and in in looking for a restaurant Union 50 had only positive comments. They lived up to their reputation. There were 6 of us and were given an great table (square) in a separate room. The food and service were excellent. We never felt rushed. I would highly recommend Union50

Food was awesome. The Dates and the Mussel's are a 10 out of 10. Our waitress was on it and she helped with any question we had.

I went to Union 50 for a solo birthday dinner and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived, there was already a handwritten birthday card waiting for me from “your friends at Union 50” crew—such a thoughtful surprise that set the tone for the night. I started with a mezcal old fashioned (recommended by my amazing server, Aaron) and then had the cauliflower steak—easily one of the most memorable dishes I’ve had in a long time.

Aaron was outstanding from start to finish—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the evening special. He has the perfect balance of professionalism and personality, making me feel both cared for and completely at ease. He went above and beyond all night—checking in at just the right times, making me laugh, and truly celebrating with me.

Brandon, the manager, also made the evening unforgettable. Not only did he hand-deliver my meal, but he made sure everything was seamless from start to finish. It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on and genuinely engaged with guests, and it shows in the atmosphere he creates.

I left feeling so valued and celebrated. Aaron and Brandon are the kind of team that elevates an entire restaurant—I’ll absolutely be back on Saturday nights to sit in Aaron’s section!

A little on the expensive side with smallish portion sizes. Eclectic menu.
