Based on the reviews, Viet Kitchen & Hibachi serves amazing pho with rich, flavorful broth that is probably the best. The pho 3 (rare beef) is outstanding with big portions. The orange chicken also has a big portion with a fresh-tasting delicious sauce. The ramen and sushi are both delicious, including the spicy tonkotsu ramen and nigiri set. The fresh salad roll was a bit too big, and the oshinko roll was just okay. The chicken was a little tough. The ambiance is great, as it is a nice high end Vietnamese place with lotsa fresh greens and cilantro. The service can be a bit slow, but the food is always amazing. The sake flight with 6 different types of sake is absolutely delightful. The restaurant is sometimes empty, and it was weird to see supplies dragged through the front door. The sausage making should be kept out of sight. Overall, the food is always so, so good with reasonable prices.
