This is my favorite ramen restaurant in Indy. This is actually the best ramen I've had in the States! As an added bonus, they sell mochi donuts in the same business. The atmosphere and food are great!

Went around November during a trip. Actually went in twice and in 2 days straight. Forgot which 2 ramens I got but I know both were great in taste, while also getting some appetizers. Great place to eat!

I’ve been here many times before since 2023 but I just wanted to say the ramen is always so tasty and yummy! I’m a huge fan of the tempura as well. and recently I tried their curry dish and it was SO GOOD. I was genuinely enjoying myself. 100% recommend coming and trying the curry.

We recently visited Wei Ramen for the first time, and overall, it was a great experience. We arrived around lunchtime, and although the restaurant was busy, we didn’t have to wait to be seated.
We started with a couple of appetizers—the crispy shrimp and gyoza. The crispy shrimp were perfectly fried, light and crunchy on the outside while still juicy on the inside. The flavor was on point, and we really enjoyed them. The gyoza also didn’t disappoint—crispy on the bottom, tender on top, and packed with flavor.
For the main course, we both had ramen. The broth was rich and flavorful, just what you’d hope for in a comforting bowl of noodles. The ingredients were fresh, and the dish was satisfying without feeling overly heavy.
Overall, the food at Wei Ramen was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared.

I had the vegetarian ramen, and it was quite bland. Bf had pork ramen and agreed. Very mid our first time, but I will give it one more chance.

Fun ramen resturant. Great service. Good ramen. Very beautiful. Good vegetable options. With 6 people all tried different bowls. Some broths had much more flavor than others but all were tasty. All very well prepared and the servers were very nice. Everything was beautifully made. The favorites were the chicken tonkatsu and the spicy.

Wei ramen is a place to get a quick bowl of noodles or donburi. The food was good and came out quickly but there are many things that could be improved about the experience. I did enjoy my tonkotsu ramen and many at my table found the miso to be tasty. Everything came in generous portions and in the ramen you are given plenty of meat.
1. The wait staff was relatively inattentive and difficult to flag down.
2. The flavors were generally underwelming. Everything could use a punch up in flavor
3. They have only to-go gluten free soy sauce packets which taste like brown water.

Decent ramen place in the heart of downtown. We had the takoyaki as an appetizer and it was extremely delicious. For our entrees, we had the chicken miso ramen and the pork curry ramen. Both were fresh and plenty flavorful.
The waitress was friendly and attentive. She kept checking in on us and brought us refills without us even asking.
I recommend giving this place a try if you are in the area!
