We had an awful time. We came in with as a group of 6 to celebrate a birthday and it was an absolute waste of time and money. Our reservation ran late which we were understanding about but... definitely didn't start us off strong. And then our sides came out cold. It took AGES between services to bring the meat by, and even when they did I had made it well known I needed mine cooked longer and requested some medium - well to well done cuts. I went to fogo de chao with family for a birthday party. There was 10 of us and after some time they just stopped serving us. They kept going to tables all beside us. 3 of us had our green cards up and even asked 2 separate servers for specific meats and nobody ever came back to the table. Then after a while our server came back and just wanted to get our desert order. Location was steps away from our hole which was nice. We waited 35min for our table to get served meat . Our mashed potatoes came out cold (the reason we didn’t eat them) the salad bar poor presentation and was in a mess. It didn’t stay consistently stocked . Options on the salad bar 3/10.
