This place is a total joke! I ordered online and they made me park to the side for 15 minutes! How does that make any sense?! They also got my order wrong. This place is a joke DO NOT COME HERE!

Terrible experience as usual at this location. I pull into the drive through and am told to hold on I wait 5 minutes befor they take my order. I then pull up to the window and asked to add a frosty and she refused to let me add a frosty at the window due to the time. When they made me wait 5 minute in the line with no other cars before even taking my order. This is absolutely disgusting and unnacceptable the way this location is ran. The employees should be let go and you should find better ones and train them properly.

Trash location. I arrived around 7:20-7:25am and I was in the drive thru until 7:56am. On the website it says that this location opens at 6:30 which I find upsetting since I was waiting in the drive thru for 30+ minutes. I had to call the store to get an associate to come to the window. She was rude, didn’t apologize for the long delay, didn’t offer an explanation, bad attitude just horrible service.

I went up there tonight at 6pm (01/13/2025) and order bacon Nader combo a four piece kids meal and six spicy nuggets never receive my spicy nuggets and try to call back multiple times. The line was busy all night and at this point I just want my money back. and very pissed would’ve went back up there to get my money back but caught a flat tire now. Tell me that ain’t no bullshit. very disappointment and dissatisfied with this Wendy’s on 54th Keystone.👎🏾😤
