The woman who works your front counter is a rude, argumentative, unhappy person. And as a 9 yr Wendy’s Vet, I’m appalled. Glad she never touched my food. She started aggressively and ended as so. And the issue wasn’t an issue at all. Do better hiring wise.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.Your minimum wait is at least a half hour.While you listen to the staff argueAnd if your go through the drive three there’s a park king lot of cars off to the side and the workers come out and ask every car what they order because they don’t know whose food is whose.I hate this place so much.

Every single time I have come to this establishment I have had an issue I have only come three times as it is on my way to work and each time I regret even stopping here this morning I was trying to get breakfast at 7:30 a.m. they're supposed to open at 6:30 a.m. I sat in the Drive-Thru and was never greeted I pulled up there was no one at the window I did not see anyone inside but all the lights were on and there were cars outside this place is horrible do not waste your time or your money

Been here a few times where the food is good. Last two times they have screwed up our order. This time we order the food they literally confirm it with us and then we pay, they tell us to pull up; So we pull up and we're waiting and we finally get the food. I look at my burger and it literally had everything even extra things that don't even come on the burger. My partner got a baconator fry and it had to be the saddest looking fries I have ever seen. Needless to say don't go here until they fix they're staff. Always a waste of money

I've never been to a more dysfunctional Wendy's in my life. We arrived at 1218pm and didn't receive our last item until 1243. We ordered 3 items total and they couldn't get a single, fry, and 6pc ready at the same time so we didn't get the 6pc until 9 min after the other items. There were 8 customers in front of us and every single order was wrong and in multi part deliveries to the customer. There were 6 customers after us and every order was wrong and in multi parts. Of the 12 drive thru customers 9 had to pull forward and wait with one have to wait for the Wendy's employee to come out multiple times to get the order right while they waited in their car. There were 2 door dash drivers who received wrong orders and had to wait. The soda machine just turned off for no apparent reason. One customer paid for extra barbecue sauces and when he didn't get that and asked about it they said they could only give him 3. I thought there was going to be a fight. The Wendy's employees were arguing with each other and with customers. No ketchup available for the guy that wanted ketchup. Never returning to this Wendy's.

Horrendous service. Had to repeat the order several times face to face with the window worker. Waited 20 minutes for our food at the drive through. Finally another employee basically threw the food at us and walked off, never came back despite half our order missing. The burgers were cold, fries were soggy.

Been to this location twice in the past month. Soft drinks have not been refilled and service was terrible. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes before they took our order. Will not be coming back to this location

The people who work here do not care at all about customer service and will have you waiting forever to order while they just look at you annoyed. Their soda machine is out of basically everything thing and I would just recommend going somewhere else.

They didn't have any tortillas for their breakfast burrito, no bacon and no French toast sticks. And the man running the window was rude.
