I wasted over 55mins for food 15 in the line to the window and another 40 after I had already paid. No urgency what’s so ever from staff at the window and messed up my order while making 5 other customers wait with no food coming out. People leaving the line, sitting inside, or all being told to wait on the side to the point I had to go inside and ask for it myself.

I just ate half a raw chicken sandwitch! My bad for eating in a dimly lit room. Your bad for serving me undercooked chicken!! I had to make myself throw up. I hope I don't get food poisoning from it. I will never ever eat here again. And I will inform everyone to also stay far away from this restaurant.

I ordered the Bacon Nader breakfast sandwich, which was supposed to come with seven pieces of bacon on it and there was only three pieces. The lady at the window was very rude I asked if my straw was in the bag and she just walked away and didn’t say anything. I’ve worked in the fast food industry for over 20 years and they need to retain there workers on customer service!

Everytime I order here in the morning the lady that’s at the window is rude as hell you ask for ketchup packs or jelly or even no ice she smacks her lips everything that comes out her mouth is rude like I didn’t ask you work here so don’t have an attitude because you have to do you job then the store is never open on time online it says open you show up there & no is there call the stored & all horrible all the way around.

Not sure if someone didn't show up for work today 12\8\24, or if someone doesn't know how to schedule, but the vibe was bad.
I just wanted a soda.
Decided to leave, since everyone was already mad, I didn't want to make their day worse.
I don't think Wendy's is good enough to warrant a return visit.
Good luck, but judging from the reviews, it will be like the Southport Hardee's soon.

Pre covid this place was pretty good. Ever since this place has been absolutely terrible. Terrible service, you sit at the drive-thru speaker for 2 minutes without being acknowledged. The employees clearly do not care. Which means management doesn't care, which also means corporate doesn't care. The food is absolutely abysmal. I don't know what you were doing before the pandemic but for the love of God go back to that and do not change it. If you're not willing to do that just close the store. It's not even worth being open anymore.

My family stopped and grabbed me dinner tonight now keep in mind we only live 4 mins from this Wendy's they get home I ordered a biggie bag with a double stack PLAIN and it comes with nuggets fries and a drink I open my "double stack" to find a single shriveled up patty with lettuce, tomato, an bacon so I moved to the nuggets that are shriveled up older than dirt looking nuggets and there freaking spicy nuggets 🙄 so on top of everything being not right the food was ice cold it would not of gotten that cold on a 4 min ride home I decided we'll I'll call an see wat can be done long behold no freaking receipt I thought new management took over and they was doing better but I guess not so looks like won't be going back to this one just have to go to the wannamaker Wendy's from now on just need to go ahead an shut this one down everyone in franklin township is tired of getting shitty food from here

Came in and was the only one inside waiting. Seen there was either two or 3 people working and none would assist. Waited for well over 5 minutes for someone to take my order and waited even longer for the food. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WONT BE

Service was very rude. We sat at the drive thru window for over five minutes staring at our frosty at the window and a worker on her phone. They finally came over and asked us rudely what we got and what size. Please keep in mind there were literally no other customers at the drive thru or inside. Awful service go down the road to the other one like a minute away.

I pulled up to the drive-thru 10 minutes ago.

I was greeted.

Me: "Could I please get the French toast sticks?" Her: "What else?" Me: "I just want the sticks, please." Her: "What else?" Me: "I'm still looking, give me a moment please." Her: "What else?" Me: "Ma'am, I'm not sure what else I want, I'm still looking." Her: "What else?"

Then I drove off.

All of this happened in 60 seconds or less.

Do ya'll just have a bad mic? Or just a peachy worker. I heard a bit of attitude coming from your "what else".
