Sign on window says open till 1am, Google maps says open till 1am. Why is no one answering the intercom at 11:20pm could told us to hold on or give you a minute. We can clearly see people on the inside in the kitchen. I get your a 1+ hours from closing but don't just ignore people. If you shut down early say that ....

A simple coutesy is saying there will be a delay BEFORE taking the payment. Had i been given the choice I would said no. Wasted 8 mins of my life waiting, before I finally left with what I paid for because im on my way to work. Apparently her loud conversation she was having with a co-worker while taking my order was more important.

this place is horrible I ordered through door dash they messed up my whole order and doordash won't credit me back so Im out $30 smh I had a asiago ranch chkn combo my sandwich had pickle and mustard and ketchup with ranch and shredded lettuce amd the chkn was cold and old and my cheeseburger was gross the cheese was so cold like they just slapped it on there right out the fridge my large chilli was a small like really I will NEVER eat here again the WORST WENDYS EVER

One of the worst Wendy’s in the Indy area, if not the worst. Nobody here cares about their jobs, poor service every time, poor quality food and the waiting time is unbelievable. There’ll be 3 cars sitting in the drive thru and you’ll wait at least 8 minutes for a small order. Picking up DoorDash orders takes forever everytime. The manager needs to be fired along with half of the employees
I am one of Wendy’s costumers and we always buy in this place. Food is amazing. Delicious,. We just ordered by drive thru for our dinner,.. The cashier was black man he was so rude . He forced us to order right away even we already said ‘gimme a second to decided ‘’ but that black impolite man keeps asking us and rushing us to order fast.. and after that ‘masking me tips” , shouting like crazy person, he has bad attitude, he is not supposed to be there in hospitality,, people will never come back there if they know that black crazy man.. we re so disappointed never come back there Again!

You pull into the restaurant just before noon there is nobody but one person in drive to none in the dining room the person tells you that you have to wait for a minute they take the order in front of you and finish the whole order you sit there for 10 minutes for them for them to say they don't have chili ready yet
