I’d give 0 stars if I could they never have anything in stock and can never complete your order they’re mobile ordering has been down for months and they won’t do anything about it to help you fulfill your order you’ve already put in then they basically just tell you that sucks and they’re rude about it

Boy too good to be true pretty girl in the drive through window food came out nice and fast... Sandwich felt hot and fresh butt french fries a cold chicken nuggets cold and they put these disgusting pickles on my sandwich I hate pickles well I guess my puppy going to eat good today

The floor is slippery the manager was yelling they got my food wrong the lady at the front was rushing me I got constipated from eating the stale food the drinks were mostly out their is no sauce

Very clean store but there wasn’t a lot of people working. Cashier had to help customers with orders and still try to run the drive thru and make the food. It looked to only be about 3 people. She was very sweet. But highly stressed.
Gave my 3 year old daughter spicy nuggets. Almost took her to the hospital because I didn’t know what was wrong with her mouth. Something told me to take a bite of her nuggets and they are SPICY. Almost looked really stupid at the hospital over nuggets. Please get it together. I called and the guy didn’t seem to care. No wonder their line is always so small. Second time I came and another issue. Never will I be back!

Very rude employee taking my order. I wanted to order a baked potato, he cut me off as I was ordering, "no baked potatoes." Tried to order frosties, again cut off, "no frosty." As I was trying to ask something at the window, he just repeated my total and ignored me. Horrible customer service. I haven't been to Wendy's since before covid and definitely will not go back to this location. Is it employee laziness or a location owner/ company issue that they don't have products?

Went to get lunch and the Manager was treating employees horribly. Yelling and putting down hard working employees trying to do there job. I was appalled by the treatment. If I was an employee I would have quit immediately. Cashier and kitchen man we trying there best and visually stressed out. Kitchen employee put my chili on the counter and manager did not tell him what order it went with and she went off when he asked. Manager needs to be trained to treat employees with respect, if not she belongs no where near a restaurant.

130pm on a Thursday - no potatos, no chili, no bbq sauce, and the multi-flavor coke machine hasnt been cleaned lately so Coke tastes like Fanta. Staff is fine.
