Stop going there a 2 years ago. Tonight thought I would try again cheese burger was so cold that you could lift the cheese off the burger (and did when t reheated it. My fries where cold and was not a full order maybe because there was cold chicken nuggets in the bottom (dog like it) I guess I'll take Wendy's off my list for good 😐

Just shut it down!!! it’s always “shorthanded” but what it really seems like is that no one wants to work there. I did wait as stated at the ordering speaker and after idk 15 plus minutes still nothing. I watched 2 people leave out the line after me. WHY STAY OPEN IF YOU CANT EVEN SERVE THE FOOD. Like others said before, just close it down.

They are very unprofessional they have you waiting forever for you’re food and it’s not because of customers they be arguing and playing and not doing their jobs a door dash driver waited over 30 minutes for my order and I’ve had similar experiences

I ordered 2 chili’s one had the correct meet but very little the one I got had pork sausage in it which made me very sick since I don’t eat pork. I was not told that they would use pork sausage in my chili I am very disappointed :( poor choice of night shift workers called and nobody answered thanks for making me sick I will never be back to the Wendy’s on east Washington street

The worst costumer service ever. The food is never hot. You have employees laughing and giggling instead of paying attention to the customers. Nobody is ever happy when I come inside. It took 15 minutes for them to take my order because nobody had a register on front. And they gave me cold food after waiting all that time.

It's kind of a hit or miss here...some days are good some are ok...never really had a terrible experience..just depends on the people I guess..
The food came out hot, fresh, and to-order. The restaurant was clean, quiet, and relaxed in attitude and atmosphere. The only reason why I removed a star for atmosphere was because there was a full-on fight that broke out in the parking lot. I understand that this wasn't the responsibility of the staff, Wendy's as a business, or anything like that but it did lead to a little awkwardness during our meal, hence my measurement.

They have the worst customer service on the eastside of indianapolis & needs to be shut down honestly , they are all very rude & non accommodating , a young black girl who was working at the window at 10:40AM on 6/29/25 had the nastiest attitude , I bought a 4pc nugget went back because they was uncooked they told me that they were gonna give me “ fresh ones “ & ended up giving me another uncooked 4pc , this is truly ridiculous ! would not recommend this Wendy's at all !

if i could i”d give -5. first took 49mins to make order. 2) my burger was pink inside and 3) Sprite taste like water!!! fries cold this is ridiculous. When you spend your money you expect at least a decent meal this was Garbage!!! Avoid this location at all cost!!! NEVER go to this location.. Raw meat and water down drinks.
