The staff were friendly and kind. Fairly busy store. The cheeseburger we ordered had to be replaced due to it being cold, but they had no problem remaking it. We had ordered a dbl mushroom burger, and it also had to be remade due to being a single when we received it, which they also remade.
This was not our first time here and won't be our last.

I went at noon, the employees are rude, they don't want to serve you and by the way, they made the hamburger horribly but I never came back, really the food is garbage and the employees are worse, they are racists.

We dined in on a long drive home to Cincinnati. Moments after we received our meals, the manager appeared with fresh fries to replace the ones we’d be given, which weren’t as fresh. Thanks for going above and beyond!

I’ve given this location my money one too many times. I always have a problem. Breakfast has been cold, or burnt croissants, or cold cheese.

The employees have all been rude or can’t effectively communicate. Nasty attitudes at the drive through speaker, front counter workers that don’t know how to ring in orders or use the app. The drive through cashier literally yelled at me through the window, demanding I pull to the parking lot to wait for my food. I’m done giving them my money. I’ve tried multiple times and I can’t remember a time it was acceptable.

This is absolutely the slowest wendys I've been to. At 3 pm, I saw 2 ppl walk out, and the drive thru was backed up. The soda tastes off.
They could care less if they take your order or not.
Wendys corp needs to help this place

The employees were rude and acted they didn't want me there, didn't ask how I wanted my burger, just made it a double. Tables were a mess. If they don't like their job then don't work there.

I ordered a medium fry and large chili, paid went up to the second window where they told me they were out of large cups for the chili and proceeds to give me a small. When I asked for a refund I was told they cannot give me a one..., so I asked how they were going to make it right and he says,"sir, is the chili really that good any way" LOL. I explained again it's not right to charge for a large and deliver a small, in the end they filled a second small cup about halfway to equal a large.

Received the wrong chicken sandwich when I ordered through the drive-through, and it was undercooked. I will admit that I have been to this Wendy's many times as it's near my home, and this is the first time I have received undercooked food.
