I went inside with my family, and ordered an Asiago Chicken Club sandwich, and they forgot the cheese that comes with it, and instead of ranch dressing I notice it was regular mayo on my sandwich. I take it back up to the counter and tell the woman who took my order, and she takes it to the back to whoever the cook is where instead of remaking my sandwich they just slapped cheese on it, and put ranch dressing over the mayo. Who even does that? They claimed I didn't ask for it to be remade. It should be common sense that it should've been remade. Since it wasn't remade my husband asked for his money back for my sandwich, and the manager acted like she didn't want to refund us, but she did. My family and I have agreed to boycott Wendy's for a very long time. Also this location is in dire need for an upgrade and remodel. Areas of carpet is black. The sun room area is awfully cold (that my daughter and I noticed when we walked around looking for a table to sit). The Dr. Pepper tasted like diet when I didn't ask for diet, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was just the soda machine itself. Very disappointed with this visit.

Worste wendys In the state. Absolute trash. Disgusting and clearly no pride in this place. Can't wait until it's shut down and turned into a better establishment. The staff might as well be inmates with how they behave. They are the reason I no longer support increases in minimum wage. They are getting way more than they are worth in my opinion at this wendys.

Food was completely wrong! Figured we got another card order. But when I called them when we got home 20 minutes later, it took me over 10 times calling before anyone answered. Employee finally answered and I explained. They said aww that sucks! You can keep it though. THEN, Hung up! I drove up there. It was dead. It was around 6 pm. I walk to counter and two ladies are on their phones but talking to someone face time. Never acknowledged me. After about a minute I finally said excuse me can someone help me. “Aww, my bad lady! Whatcha want?” ?I explained with wrong food in hand except for a kids meal because my kid needed to eat. She looks in bag and says, “someone ate this food I can’t do nothing for you lady” ?I asked for a manager and she told me she was! ? I don’t believe she was, but I wasn’t going to argue with her. I left the wrong food and came home to do this. Next I’m calling corporate.

I used to work at this Wendy’s in Castleton, let me tell you it was a wild ride, Trisha and Patrice were really good managers, mind you I worked in March-December of 2022 bucks and it was a horrible experience. Horrible and lazy workers, had me scrubbing and doing everything around the kitchen while they just stayed in their office just doing nothing. One of the managers by the name of Patrice had her husband working in there and one day they started arguing about some stuff going on in their relationship and that was the final straw for me because that day left me in a daze because how bad the environment has gotten.
Worst customer service. Seriously understaffed. Took 10 minutes for them to take my order then it took 20 minutes to get a junior bacon cheeseburger. No sorry for your wait, no discount, no nothing. Just go to McDonald's next door, this place is like a bad dream from the 90s.

Went through the drive through yesterday and there was just no one working. All the lights and signs were on, but no one answered at the speaker. Probably an everyone sucks situation where there was 1 lazy worker, but shame on management because you need to staff better.
