I love Wendy's. It's getting problematic. It was good, however I've never seen a unit like this that much in trouble. The lady working the window I could tell was the manager and nobody would do anything and she was having to do so much and they had others just walking around and standing and really whoever runs that franchise should come in and wipe the city clean just get rid of all the people and keep that lady just ridiculous it hurts them when this happens. And Wendy's is a good place to get really fresh hamburgers...read full review

I ordered a sandwich and some fries and then waited 10 minutes to receive my cold sandwich and no fries. Apparently, the cashier didn't even ring me up for fries and since she didn't read back my order I couldn't correct her.
