So this Wendy's closes at 7pm..Now they have people that work there with those long fingernails..To me that's a hygienic issue...Don't know why it closes at 7pm when the hours display a different time..Again I understand why alot of restaurant are going automatic these young kids have no respect and will rather have a inappropriate conversation in front of everyone versus working.

I’m not one to usually write bad reviews but this Wendy’s has been going downhill ever since I moved up here, the drive thru was not working when I got here they just have the window open and I’m assuming they want you to order at the window instead of the terminal . I went inside instead and the floors are stickier than ever, it sounds like you’re stepping on rat traps or something. The coke machine is also out of over half of the drinks they day they serve which is annoying to have to ask to get something from the back if they have it in stock or not. This Wendy’s needs an upgrade and better staff. Especially when no one is in the drive thru and you are the only person inside and your food still takes 10 minutes. They just need more people and possibly an updated building

So rude. There is a certain level of verbiage that should be used when greeting guests at your store.. “You need to pull up” is less than mediocre. If there is to be a charge for extra crackers for chili, then by all means, add it to the app where I place my orders and I will absolutely pay it. No questions asked. I’m giving 3 stars for the food because they may or may not have the item that you’ve already paid for. Such a hassle and next to impossible to get a refund

Terrible, just terrible. Last week I got shorted a jr bacon cheeseburger, I let it slide, today you were supposed to bring our food bc YOU pulled us up. We had to come in and find our order and you didnt even have the fries in the bag. Your employees are rude ghetto and unprofessional. Just close the location, your closed on the inside all the time anyways.

Didn't get any of the orders right, took forever to make and lady with very short hair kept mean mugging. How hard is it to put extra cheese on a sandwich that doesn't have any, or just extra cheese especially waiting 30mins. Disappointment. Not coming back. Didn't taste good.

Drive through at lunchtime, 12 noon. Burger was cold. I asked for no onions and it had onions. Will never go there again
