There was a gentleman there yesterday (I forgot his name) who was working alone with no help. He was very kind to me and made me realize there’s definitely still good human beings on this Earth! He deserves a raise. His customer service skills are amazing! I felt so bad for him

if i could rate it a 0 i would. Whomever was at the window 4/9/25 @12p for drive thru order was very rude, didn't remember my order after he charged me for it and just tossed my food at me. He looked very high as if he was in some drugs because i had to repeat myself several times. The food that was given to me has been left untouched because that person looked like he does not even wash his hands. Worse service ever.

Filthy inside, food was cold, and it is a customer service nightmare. Place was empty, and a worker made me wait to order in-store until the worker handling the drive thru was available. Will never return.

Does the owner not care about this place? 3p on a Saturday and they did not have it together. It’s worth your time to go to a nicer one in Carmel. The works forgot stuff from my order three times and had to go inside to get things corrected.

We placed a mobile order, and it took 3 trips and 30 minutes to get the correct meal. Employee was clearly annoyed and disinterested. Plus, there was grease all over the bag when we finally got everything.
Expectations were low … but, yikes.

I came in and asked manager could I get all fresh food. I ordered a biggie bag Crispy Chicken. She did everything fresh and did not complain it was delicious. I really appreciated that and it made my day.

If there was a zero I would have left zero stars. The sandwich tasted microwaved. It smelled like old grease. It will take days or weeks to clean the floor due to grease and dirt and no table was clean. We went inside and the lady with short hair, maybe manager, was very dismissive and obviously did not want to be bothered and we were the only ones in there and one in drive thru. Should have been an indication we should have left. Should be closed. It was terrible.
