Unfortunately, I have to agree with a lot of the reviews. This place is just gross on the inside. Floors clearly haven't been cleaned in weeks, the bathroom was disgusting(ive never seen a toilet seat with that much dried pee on it). Took multiple repeating of things when placing the order, and had to ask for several missing items when the i received the order. I usually love Wendy's and have it about once a week. This will be my last stop at this location.

They have refused Service for a week straight. They never answer the drive-through window, even if the speaker is broken and you pull up to the window to try and get some food. They just don’t come up. They just stare at you and watch you Wondering why they aren’t doing the job they’re literally hired to be doing. I know for a fact that people in here getting paid for doing nothing for like a month straight I couldn’t imagine Being the one in charge of this place and how much I’m accountable for

This is the worst Wendy's in the State of Indianapolis Indiana. I strongly recommend for you to stay away from this Wendy's. My wife and I was ordering and the young lady at the drive-thru said what do you want, what ever happened to Welcome to Wendy's May I help you. But we over looked that and was placing our order. The you lady was saying what else can I get for you baby and ok honey. Again my wife and I over look that but when she could not understand what my wife was trying to order she told us in a rude we that we need to move on. That's exactly what we did. I have contacted the corporate office. This young lady need to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY
