Waited 26 minutes not offered a complementary drink or dessert for the long wait. Waited six minutes before placing, order three cars ahead of me, Waited another 10 minutes to pay for order, another 10 minutes to receive order and no complementary drink or dessert was even offered. What was offered was two employees with a nasty attitude, nasty mouth and a slam in the face at glass window. I went to white castle in Camby Indiana and ordered a large coke.I waited at the window for ten minutes and the girl took off and there was no customers inside.I think corporate needs to tell the managers to be around to help if employees are not able to.
