Is there a problem when someone can not call someone back in there W-2'S I called the number someone gave me yesterday and never did get a return phone call it's not that hard to call someone back and it's not that hard to email someone with there W-2'S either I like to get my taxes done I am sure you probably already had yours done I am so happy I no longer work where I was at that lady she worked for me I fire her putting mean signs on the trashcan calling minors lazy No you don't do that. If that was one of my children I done would have been at that restaurant and her and me would have done exchanged words.

Waited 26 minutes not offered a complementary drink or dessert for the long wait. Waited six minutes before placing, order three cars ahead of me, Waited another 10 minutes to pay for order, another 10 minutes to receive order and no complementary drink or dessert was even offered. What was offered was two employees with a nasty attitude, nasty mouth and a slam in the face at glass window. Building was locked up and a refusal to refund much CASH money I spent while waiting 26 minutes for the order & was late for work. Still no district manager or manager has called in regards to refunding all the money I spent and couldn’t enjoy what I had ordered. I don’t want no gift card I want the cash I spent. Still have fading receipt , but I did take pictures of the order and the receipt. Wow I used to like white castle I won’t go to that store again, Indianapolis Indiana E. Washington St., you know who you are.?

I went to white castle in Camby Indiana and ordered a large coke.I waited at the window for ten minutes and the girl took off and there was no customers inside.I think corporate needs to tell the managers to be around to help if employees are not able to.

Do NOT go to White Castle on E Washington st in Indianapolis!! Was just there 2/11/23 at 233pm and the young girl working in all black was the rudest person I have ever seen!! Didn't even want to take our order, was standing on her phone. Then locked all the doors so no one else could come inside! Even spoke in a very very rude manner. She definitely shouldn't be working with customers!!

Need close this business down till hire new people and properly / professionally staffed at Westport rd Louisville, ky store #060040 they literally only have 3 people working on a Saturday and one guy walked up to window with money to pay for an order or something ?? / store doors locked no dining in ! We waited over 20 minutes in line just waiting give our order & once arrived to mic they said wait were short staffed a total 40 minutes later $65.42 ?I requested a discount for such a long wait and rudeness through drive through mic because I said the wait is unacceptable then an employee from inside said to me " YOU DONT HAVE TO EAT HERE !!?!?! I was like excuse me ?!? I spent $65 here waiting all this time in line for you talk to me like that ? I am your paycheck and a consumer to this corporation!?! I told the young girl you going let her speak to me like that ? She had attitude said she'll handle it but they closed window on us , my husband wanted me not pay and leave food after that statement to us ... but they cooked it already and it was still wrong and fries cold , after that long line 40 minutes wait for this $65.42 charged after how we were disrespected, long wait , didn't feel important and was told we didn't have to eat here and was told this long story only 3 people staffed and no help ? This isn't my problem I am a consumer ! Corporation should close this building if can't give good customer service ! Pull footage and watch cars pull off throughout the day I'm sure because the long drive through wait time and store inside dinning closed ! ! Sale # 130830809 team member # 789 on 1/21/23 time was 4:08 pm I don't deserve this treatment and pay this kind of money for this disrespect and long wait and to find both fries cold and $32 crave case wasn't made as ordered had pickles and some no mustard ! What a mess please pull your footage and close the doors because you can't give good friendly customer service or short wait times you have failed many today !

My wife and I went to the White Castle in westfield Indiana and let me tell you the was the dirtiest and unkept restaurant I have ever been in . This place should be shut down and remodeled or you just need to close the doors. After this review I will be contacting the board of health. If anyone reads this review and you visit this store check out how filthy the chairs are that you are sitting in and also look at the walls all the tile coming off the ceiling, dirty I have never seen such a disgusting restaurant in my life

The last 3 times we go to eat here there is never enough help. Long lines and slow service.This restaurant is filthy. I have to always wipe down my table and chairs before you can sit down. There was onions even on the counter where we ordered.STAFF YOUR RESTAURANT!

Friday night 8/26/2022 around 8:40pm I went to my usual & regular location 2165 Shelby St. Indy city 46203 I use to come daily in the afternoon parking my School bus across the lot & became very acquainted with the Store Manager Norm. On this Friday night, I went to the door to go in, it was locked and was told it was closed & I have to go thru drive thru. I saw 2 white ladies in shorts with a little girl on the hip of 1 of the ladies, so I motioned pointing at the 2 ladies with the little girl in the store at the order desk, I asked why are they in there then. I was told they work there {WOW} both had shorts on got food & sat down at a table with the little girl to eat, I AM TOLD THEY WORK THERE, THEY HAD NO UNIFORM TOPS ON, BOTH IN SHORTS WITH A LITTLE GIRL, AN SAT AT THE TABLE TO EAT, SO I LEFT AND WENT TO BURGER KING THE DOORS STILL OPEN, {THIS MESS DID NOT FEEL RIGHT AT ALL} I AM LETTING CORPERATE KNOW ABOUT THIS AND THE STORE MANAGER NORM: I AM VERY UN- HAPPY ABOUT HOW THIS HAPPENED AND LOOK!

My grand kids love your w.c. crave case. Store always immaculate. My grandkids love your crave cases. Please bring the 1921 burgers back for the old school class. My hubby loves them. Also, those macaroni bites and fish nibbles. My hubby would come every night on work break to get them. Please bring them back...From White castle fans...

Went to the White Castle off of Crawfordsville Rd at 3 am. They are supposed to be 24 hours. Go through the drive thru and they have a sign saying the are closed for the night. Then we go to the White Castle on 38th St. Their menu board was on and we waited at the drive thru then a lady comes out and says we are closed. I said to her then why are your menu lights on. She replied we are just closed.. I told her if you are closed at least have the decency to turn your menu lights off or change your hours online. All White Castles are supposed to be 24 hours. That is very unprofessional service.

I have some concerns about this store location of the the store cleanliness and the fact that some of the drawers in the store are broken if I myself as a customer can see the how dirty the fryer and it's sanitary concern what else is hiding in the back that the customers can't see I have taken a picture to prove that how the dryer how the fryer looked was very super unsanitary and unacceptable for them to cook anyone's food there someone can really get sick store number is 010033 the sales number 15 03-69 112 I tried calling the corporate number but no answer I guess what I'm trying to accomplish is someone of the high end that's not a manager we'll go to this location and see for themselves with the issue in that place because if the drawers don't close and the food obviously is not staying cold and they're still serving food my number is 773-943-21 10 my name is Mari if someone would like to call me I'll try to add a picture but I don't know if I can thank you for your time and hope someone will look into this asap

I was in drive-thru at the White Castle in Speedway the young lady gave me my order and not my drink she came back to the window and I said you forgot my drink she closed the window in my face and went and got another employee and she said that the girl told her she gave me my drink I opened my car door and said where is it at she didn't give me anything the young lady shut the window and the young lady who gave me my order she said so I didn't give you your drink I opened my car door again and said I don't have know drink you can look in my car so she finally gave me my drink and then she busted out laughing saying ohh she mad I said u damn right I'm mad why would I want to lying about having a drink I think the young lady where very unprofessional and I will not be going back for them accusing me of lying about a drink and it happened on May 21,2022 6:48p.m. It was on register 1 and the sale # 42560110.
