I just got off the highway and pulled into the white castle before I could order the young lady came to the speaker and said they were not taking anymore orders they we're going to close it was 11:30pm the line had 5cars ahead of me and 1 behind me. I replied that White Castle is open 24hr no matter what. Close day a year.
In all my 50+ years I never been told that they weren't going to take orders not in Kentucky, Indianapolis, New York.

Very expensive anymore but so worth the price. Never a long wait in drive Thur . Fast curtious service.food always hot and delicious. Employees are very courteous and friendly.

I waited 5 minutes at the drive thru trying to place an order without any response. Guess they don’t want my business. Edited review to 2 stars because White Castle did provide a $10 gift card based on my complaint. I likely will not use it at this location though.

This White Castle Team always delivers a very special annual Valentine's Day event. The menu, decorations, photo backdrop, and exceptional service make this an annual tradition for our three-couple group. So nicely done! We continue to recommend this experience to many others.

They installed a new order box that holds you hostage until you hear all it's ads. Takes twice as long to order.

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS customer service. This was my first and last time here. Both cashiers rushed me to order my food so I couldn't even evaluate the menu like I needed to. She told me "if you don't place your order in the minute or so you're going to have to leave". Drug addicts were in the lobby along with a police officer making some type of report. This is not the place to go. They actually should just shut this place down and put something else there. Southside Indy deserves way better business than what is being provided at this location.

There was a little hole in the bathroom door instead of a handle, so you're unable to close/lock it properly. presumably this is to prevent people from shooting up in there, but I got a good kick out of some dude watching me pinch one off. It's white castle, so about 3/4 of the time you're in there, you're gonna be on the commode. Very funny though, would highly recommend

Terrible. Just go to McDonald's at this point. Tear this place down or fire everyone and get a new staff. Customer service here is the worse I've seen on my 40 years of living

You have a serious drug problem at this location. You literally have drug deals going on right next to White Castle and they also meet in the parking lot . Maybe the company should invest some money to help that area as it's very crime ridden. I never feel safe and the staff says it's very common. The last time was 6 cop cars in the parking lot , someone got tazed and two drug deals went down at that location and I was only there for like 25 minutes.
