Ordered wings for a birthday party from the Plank Rd location in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and needless to say, they weren’t ready on the day of pickup. After requesting the order be prepared while I wait, I was told they were unable to fulfill the order the same day… therefore, I requested a refund. Good food but order is never correct and takes too long to re-order so you just eat what you get not what you wanted. The Grand Junction CO store is just terrible. Gave it a couple of tries but will not go back until Google and other reviews show a change.
This location has gone downhill, real fast!! Either no one care about their job, or just plain laziness! The last several times I have ordered, something is missing or the whole order is wrong.
