Ordered wings for a birthday party from the Plank Rd location in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and needless to say, they weren’t ready on the day of pickup. After requesting the order be prepared while I wait, I was told they were unable to fulfill the order the same day… therefore, I requested a refund. A manager was called and she agreed the best solution was to grant a refund… this was Sept 28th and I m still waiting on a refund. I notified corporate office, waiting for them to resolve. I am very disappointed in this company. I will never do business with them in the future.
Good food but order is never correct and takes too long to re-order so you just eat what you get not what you wanted. The Grand Junction CO store is just terrible. Gave it a couple of tries but will not go back until Google and other reviews show a change.
This location has gone downhill, real fast!! Either no one care about their job, or just plain laziness! The last several times I have ordered, something is missing or the whole order is wrong.
First of all, it’s mad hot up in that tiny freaking building. They got no AC for real and I feel like the workers didn’t feel like working. Cause why was my food underseasoned and not crispy at all? My wings were freaking soggy and my fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil with no fries seasoning. Overall, I feel like y’all need to book a flight to Florida, see how they’re running the establishments over there and then come back and reopen this place.

Ordered through companies website. They contract DoorDash to deliver. Received wrong order. Tried calling store multiple times with no reply to request refund. Eventually went up to the store for refund. Where management said its DoorDash fault the order was misplaced and could not refund me. After calling door dash customer service. They could not offer me a refund due to placing through wingstop website and said they would have to refund me. The whole process was chaotic and unprofessional and unacceptable. If you are a company that contracts or partners with doordash both companies should have a policy for refunds for food being misplaced.

I’ve seen some negative reviews, but I’ve personally never had a bad experience at this Wingstop. The staff keeps things running smoothly, and my orders are always fresh and correct. One of the better locations, in my opinion.

it the one in belleville il for some reason they always be missing food or it dont be cooked,and they have no working phone number.
One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!

I Stopped by here Friday around 4pm and as soon as I walk in the Indian guy told me they were no longer taking orders. ? When it says they’re open still. I go to five guys next door and I’m sitting eating my order & I see lots of cars pulling up and customers walking out with their Wingstop orders. Unbelievable and wondering why we didn’t get served ?
