Placed a delivery order and tipped well, half the food didn’t even arrived as well as drink. This store can’t even be bothered to pick up the phone. How am I supposed to get a refund? Am I just supposed to drive up to the store myself to complain in person?

Late‑night chicken cravings hit hard around 10pm, so I wandered over to Wingstop on Pennsylvania — just a block from where I was staying. I’ll be honest, I checked the reviews beforehand and… yikes 😬. Expectations were somewhere between “meh” and “please don’t disappoint me.” But I went for it anyway and ordered through the app.
And surprise: it was great.
I grabbed my boneless chicken strips with sweet chili sauce and fries, headed back to my room, opened the bag, and boom — the chicken was still piping hot. Not warm. Not “kind of okay.” We’re talking fresh‑out‑the‑kitchen hot 🔥. Crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and absolutely delicious.
The fries were seasoned perfectly — Wingstop never misses with those. The restaurant was clean, the staff were kind, and the whole pickup process was smooth.
My experience was completely different from many of the reviews I read. Honestly, I’d say give this location a shot — they delivered exactly what I needed at exactly the right time 🍗😄.
We just met some new kid Enrique. Great guy. My wife and I enjoyed our conversation with him and the wings came out fast we didn’t even notice the time fly. Thanks

Worst wings I've ever had! Wings were way overcooked and really dry! I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and was expecting a sauce, instead it was a horrible dry rub. Service was mediocre and slow.

Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

I recently placed an order by doordash, but it was handed to a different driver by their mistake without check. When I contacted, they refused to remake it even though the error wasn’t mine. Bad service at all

There is 0 tables, man running register is disrespectful and acts like every question you ask is the dumbest thing you’ve ever heard. He cannot spell at all in any way shape or form. I asked him to get me some napkins and he proceeded to roll his eyes, back pedal to the kitchen and grab paper towels because they have no napkins. Do not recommend.

Didn’t notice until 4 chicken wings in worms all in it. My toddler was eating one and a worm was just hanging… I’m so upset all that was done was a refund they treated it like it was nothing ….

Ordered wings for a birthday party from the Plank Rd location in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and needless to say, they weren’t ready on the day of pickup. After requesting the order be prepared while I wait, I was told they were unable to fulfill the order the same day… therefore, I requested a refund. A manager was called and she agreed the best solution was to grant a refund… this was Sept 28th and I m still waiting on a refund. I notified corporate office, waiting for them to resolve. I am very disappointed in this company. I will never do business with them in the future.
