I used to really like this place but tonight I picked up my order which I requested to well done and when I got them home I discovered that they were not fully cooked at all! I had to finish cooking them in the oven before we could eat them. The staff really needs to do better and make sure the product they are putting out is first rate!!! If I ever go back I will be sure to check my order before leaving the store. Shouldn't have to do that but obviously at this location it is important!

Awesome traditional dry rub for me and saucy boneless for my kid. Fries are hot, fresh and crispy, though not on my diet. Tip: In the winter, grab a seat towards the back. The cold wind from the front door is bone chilling.

Not so good! I think the best food is to be cooked at home. Avoid this eating out if you can! Used old oils to fry kitchen, very harmful. But it's ok if your bell can take it

Have to say that this was our last visit to this location at least. After multiple chances my fiance and I just had enough of our orders constantly being messed up or missing items. The food and service is great at other locations but this one seems to always fall short.

The best wings! Seriously! Perfectly cooked and the flavors to choose from are amazing! The boneless wings are super meaty. The side dishes can't be beat either. I also love the online ordering. Super convenient. I'll never have wings anywhere else. The staff at this location are pretty great as well. Always friendly and helpful.

Friendly and fast and the food was delicious! I was helped by Skylar who had excellent customer service. He really made me feel like a part of the process, ensuring everything was consistently to my expectations.
Do not waste your time and money at this establishment. Customer service was trashy. The soda machine didn't have that much flavors and the fries was soggy as hell. If you can't stand to be at a public setting, find something else to do.

The website said that our order would be done at 1:41. When we got there they said it would be two minutes. About 30 minutes past and we say that multiple people got their food so we asked about it. The lady said she thought we already received our food but it was sitting off to the side. The lady asked the cook why he didn't give us our food and he said it was because he doesn't like Mexicans where it could he heard that he said it. The lady just said sorry and gave our food. Not only did that happen but we also didn't receive part of our stuff including 4 ranches and a side of cheese. Absolutely unacceptable that someone would have to wait for their food because the employee doesn't like a race.

Y'all!!!! I just moved here 6 days ago from Macon Georgia. I used to go to wing stop in Georgia all the time, when I came to this one on keystone ave, Mr. Darryl took my order... This guy needs a RAISE and a CRISP high five � he was so delightful and bubbly -something I have not encountered since being here! Bless his heart � I saw this man go take an order to someone's car to keep them from waiting longer than need be! so sweet I WILL be back. The wings were on point too �
