when I have ice cream, I want to taste dairy: cream, milk, and butterfat. so many ice creams fixate on the inclusions or being creative to the point of being over the top saccharine, sticky and unrecognizable.

Lick Indy is what it is: ice cream as the first and lasting flavor.

Best ice cream I’ve ever had, honestly. I literally day dream about the brown butter cookie dough!! But I’ve never had a flavor I didn’t like. So rich and creamy. If you get a milkshake it elevates by 1000000x

The best ice cream in the city, hands down! The service was stellar as she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The ice cream wasn't super thick and didn't make me crave water. Perfect flavors and density along with a cinnamon waffle cone, this was a superb treat! We will be back!
