Yats is a convenient spot for a quick bite. Meals are prepared quickly and offer great value for the price. The half and half plate, featuring drunken chicken and chorizo étouffée, is a popular choice. The étouffée is served over rice with a side of delicious bread that pairs well, which many say is an experience all by itself. Customers often enjoy doing half and half entrees to try a few things, and the portions are perfect for a quick meal. The food is consistently delicious, and the friendly service and clean, tidy dining area make for a pleasant visit. While the cuisine may not be authentic Cajun and Creole, it is still highly recommended, especially for those wanting good food at a good price. The service remains fast and friendly, with plenty of space to dine in or out. The chef's attention to quality ensures that every trip is a satisfying experience.
