“I bought the chicken strips and fries for my mom who is elderly and in a nursing facility. She loved it and ate almost all of it. She said she wants me to order from Culver’s again for her sometime. The service is great, the manners of the staff is great. And the food is delicious. I also feel very welcome when I go there instead of feeling rushed and unimportant. Great place.“

The last few times I have gone & ordered through the app they haven’t made it correctly (forgetting one of my add ins or all of them and unfortunately you never know until you get to the bottom of the slushie so there isn’t much you can do about it). Tonight though *chefs kiss*. I instantly could tell all my add ins were there and it tastes so delicious. For those wondering how difficult can her slushie be…. I have made my way through this drive through on a dozen occasions but today's stood out. It is typically on the slow side, but with every industry having staffing issues, thats to be expected. What isnt always expected is a positive attitude. I watched Brandon serve the two drivers in front of me in the drive thru with a smile and a demeanor that looked genuine. His actions continued when I pulled up to the window and he greeted me with a smile and kind words. Sometimes an average food experience can become a great one without changing a single item on the menu.“
