Today was the first time my wife and I tried Parlor in Springfield, MO. We called ahead to make sure they had vegan donuts in stock, showed up 30 minutes later and ordered a dozen vegan donuts. Specifically asked if they were vegan. She says yes. Went back to our Airbnb and ate some. Realized she gave us a dozen NON VEGAN donuts. We were the only customers there! HOW does that happen??? Ordered gluten free donuts on the app , payed, drove about 25 miles to pick up the order only to be told they have NOTHING that we ordered ….. that she tried to call but their phone wasn’t wasn’t working

I came to this establishment with high expectations and was highly disappointed! I ordered a caramel macchiato. When I received my drink it tastes like it contained pure milk and coffee, there was no caramel. I took my drink back to the front counter and expressed my dissatisfaction with the iced coffee.
