Subway in Jeffersonville

“I live in Louisville but I am Jeffersonville often because my mother lives here. And this Subway is the absolute Best location between Indiana and Louisville. It’s always clean, food is always fresh and very single young person that works in there has excellent customer service and is genuinely kind.“

“I visit frequently; it is close to my job and home. The food is good and the service is better. There are usually no customers dining in. The space is open but small, and there is not much to do around this location.

Vegetarian options: Great selection being a build it yourself shop. You can make anything you enjoy with tons of veg. Selection bread variety or salad option and wraps available at this location

“Good customer service deserves to be recognized. I had a great experience at this Subway location recently. In particular, I was blown away by the great customer service of an employee by the name of Tyler. From start to finish, Tyler was courteous and ensured my sandwich was made with care, while adhering to all food safety standards — something that is less and less common these days. While having a pleasant conversation, I could see very clearly that Tyler will be a great manager or supervisor someday. The sandwich itself was great, but its the service that will keep me coming back to this location. Thanks!“

“They have the veggie patty! Not all Subways have that. Employees are usually friendly when I go for lunch. Clean restaurant. Even the restroom is well-kept. Only complaint is the sweet tea. Sometimes its almost clear, like they didn't use enough tea in the ratio, and sometimes they don't have tea at all. Other than that, I like this Subway.“

“Compared to the Subway in Clarksville, IN, this Subway was great! They were friendly, didn’t cancel our order because of coupon discounts, and also recommended ways to help with our complaints about the other Subway. We will return and won’t be back to the Clarksville Subway until it is under new ownership.“
