“To the young man who handled my cookie order today. I just want to say thank you for your kindness. This young man working this morning around a 11 I believe, helped me with my cookie order. To some it may seem like nothing but I was having a pretty bad day and just your kindness alone helped me more than you’ll ever know. You never know what someone is going through. To you, maybe you were just doing your job, but your patience and kindness helped me feel a little better. Customer service isn’t like it was when I was working in fast food as a teen. So to see this young man simply be kind and just nice to me meant a lot! A lot of people are quick to give a negative review, but I want to take the time to give a positive review. “I’ve been going here since I was a little girl and I have gotten the same thing pretty much for this long, a subway club(the one with the roast beef ) my favorite cookie was the peanut butter back when they had it but I settle for macadamia. I do wish the company would bring the peanut butter cookies back , it was not broken so why try to fix it lol. I like going here because it’s fast, friendly , and fresh. Also, Wess has been there for such a long time it’s always good to see a friendly familiar face. The prices are a little higher now and days but that’s just like anything else ! Love it here .“
