“This location is known for being super busy during lunchtime. I have been going here for a while. And I will tell you what even when these employees have customers out the door they still show each and every customer respect and they even know a lot of us by name and remember exactly what our sandwiches are and how to make them. I couldn’t be happier with the team They deal with a lot of rude customers. I have seen it with my own eyes. But even when another customer is rude and obnoxious, I have seen it where these employees go right back to work as if nothing ever happened. I highly recommend this location. Amber is a hard worker along with her team. She does her best to provide great customer satisfaction and get her and customers in and out.
I have been going here for years and will continue to go for many more.“

“The gentleman that made our sandwiches was absolutely wonderful I think his name was Dean. Very nice and made suggestions on some chips as hubby and I could not decide which to get. Then due to store being slow for a few moments he came out to clean up our after lunch as we were just visiting.“
“They have the veggie patty! Not all Subways have that. Employees are usually friendly when I go for lunch. Clean restaurant. Even the restroom is well-kept. Only complaint is the sweet tea. Sometimes its almost clear, like they didn't use enough tea in the ratio, and sometimes they don't have tea at all. Other than that, I like this Subway.“
“Compared to the Subway in Clarksville, IN, this Subway was great! They were friendly, didn’t cancel our order because of coupon discounts, and also recommended ways to help with our complaints about the other Subway. We will return and won’t be back to the Clarksville Subway until it is under new ownership.“
“I live in Louisville but I am Jeffersonville often because my mother lives here. And this Subway is the absolute Best location between Indiana and Louisville. It’s always clean, food is always fresh and very single young person that works in there has excellent customer service and is genuinely kind.“
