“We stopped in for subs and were waited on by Bruce and Martez... both were very friendly, talkative, and made our food exactly how we asked. It doesn't cost anything to be friendly and helpful; these guys were definitely that! From now on, this is the only Subway location we will go to around the area. Awesome dudes, give them raises and put them in leadership spots to show the rest how it should be done.“

“Walked in tonight to a spotless dining area and being welcomed by a trainer and trainee. Both were all smiles and beyond helpful, being so kind to my baby who is only making noises at this time. They commented how sweet she was and even threw her in a fresh cookie. The trainer was very patient with her trainee and professional which I love to see. Too many people are rude to their new hires now and so it very nice to see a higher up treating someone with respect. I really loved our visit and the food was very good! Veggies tasted very fresh! We will be backs. Thanks so much. 🖤🍪“

“I’m a truck driver and I came in right before closing. I see cars in the driveway so I assumed everything was open. They’re cleaning up as I walk in. They’re still smashing though people’s orders like crazy. Kailee (I think, I should’ve paid more attention. It started with a K though) took my order and my sandwich is great. Her customer service with me was easily 6/5 stars. I felt welcomed in even though it was closing timeI didn’t catch the other gal’s name but she was hammering through the driveway, and when that was finally done she was getting the diner cleaned up for tomorrow. Their service with me was amazing. I don’t like to write reviews but I’m hoping management sees this to give them a raise or something because they deserve it imo. Closing shift on May 28, 2026“

“Terrence is great! A+ service from him each time I catch him; I come in sometimes on my lunch breaks and I get the same thing every time, he's always on top of things and gets on my level as a customer. The rest of the staff are good people too, and can be a little overwhelmed bumping elbows working on the drive-through and the front at the same time but I've never felt like they took too long to get me to the register.“
