“We just stopped at this location for the first time and everything was great! All of the vegetables were fresh and didn’t look like they were old. The bread was soft and actually looked like it was 12 inches. It was very clean and the staff were all really sweet. I ordered from my app in the parking lot which was very easy and they were already working on it when I walked in. 10/10 recommend“

“Very busy inside but the crew stayed focused and dealt with all the crazy modifications people made. Line was to the door and yeh we waited at least 20 mins til we got to order but i wanna thank the etown staff for their hard work !Being short staffed and staying upbeat isnt easy .Just remember , if ya dont work in food service.... you cant fuss toooo much , until you know what its like working on the OTHER side of the counter.“
“I stopped by Subway just about 5 minutes before closing, and I have to say—Scott and Elijah absolutely went above and beyond. Instead of rushing or making me feel like an inconvenience, they were friendly, patient, and provided top-notch service the entire time.
They took pride in what they were doing, made my order perfectly, and kept a great attitude even at the end of a long day. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.
