“I’m a truck driver and I came in right before closing. I see cars in the driveway so I assumed everything was open. They’re cleaning up as I walk in. They’re still smashing though people’s orders like crazy. Kailee (I think, I should’ve paid more attention. It started with a K though) took my order and my sandwich is great. Her customer service with me was easily 6/5 stars. I felt welcomed in even though it was closing timeI didn’t catch the other gal’s name but she was hammering through the driveway, and when that was finally done she was getting the diner cleaned up for tomorrow. Their service with me was amazing. I don’t like to write reviews but I’m hoping management sees this to give them a raise or something because they deserve it imo. Closing shift on May 28, 2026“
“My son was playing in a tournament in E town and I visited this subway, Kelsey And Jordan Both demonstrated great customer service. The store was busy, with cars in the drive-through line as well… and both moved with a sense of urgency, but still professional, and politely. Kelsie assisted another employee needing something out of the office, Coach Jordan , was On the headset And still took a moment to acknowledge me… that’s Great leadership! Both of these employees gave great customer service and genuinely made me feel welcomed and important. Great job!“
“Very busy inside but the crew stayed focused and dealt with all the crazy modifications people made. Line was to the door and yeh we waited at least 20 mins til we got to order but i wanna thank the etown staff for their hard work !Being short staffed and staying upbeat isnt easy .Just remember , if ya dont work in food service.... you cant fuss toooo much , until you know what its like working on the OTHER side of the counter.“
“Martez and the team were very friendly. They did a nice job working together to manage the drive thru and counter. The ingredients were fresh and sandwiches tasty. Great selection of chips and drinks. The restaurant is clean. Overall a great experience!“
