“This location has completely gone to the tablets that you order yourself but I saw 2 different employees today help 2 different elderly people completely order and even brought their food out to them and 1 even got the drink for the customer. The food was also fast and good and the restaurant was very clean. Thank you guys for all you did!“
“This location is extremely solid. I live in Cincy but I’m in the area constantly for work and this Taco Bell is always a solid choice. I order through the app and my order is always correct, out quickly, and the staff is always really cool. Highly recommend it.
I’m honestly really surprised at some of the negative reviews I’ve read on here where people say that their order is always messed up because I have literally never had an issue and I’ve been through this location 10+ times.“

Customized food met expectations, with the exception of their not having any sausage patties due to an "ordering oversight" however the sausage crumbles did suffice. It's really easy to make people happy if you're just nice and care enough to do your job right/as best you can“
