“Great food, but management urgently needs to address store safety & disruptive environment!
The food here is always fantastic (5 stars for the kitchen!), but our recent visit was completely ruined by an issue management needs to address immediately.
Two young adults with scooters were inside disturbing the store, loudly making inappropriate noises, and actively harassing/bullying my husband and me, as well as other families with kids, while we were trying to eat. The staff on shift simply stood by and watched without intervening or asking them to leave, forcing us to pack up our food and flee the store early.
As paying customers, we shouldn't have to tolerate being harassed while dining in. I am leaving 5 stars because the food quality deserves it, but I strongly urge ownership to train staff on how to manage disruptive non-customers so everyone can enjoy their meal in peace. Thank you.

“I went yesterday and ordered a bunch of food with a lot of modifications and instead of the workers having an attitude with me, they were very nice and joked around with me. I wanna give a shoutout to Daniel which is the general manager here. He has a very funny and warm personality. This place has never messed up my food and the employees are always nice when I pick up my food.“
“Always positive - I usually stop by on Wednesdays or Thursdays around 10pm (when other places would be slow, closed or unfriendly) but my experiences at this Taco Bell are always really good. Efficient, friendly, food is always good and orders are correct.
Last night a young gentleman named Joel (Joelle, Joe L, something like that) was super helpful and kind, just generally seemed happy to be at work. I asked if a limited time menu was available, it wasn't, and he went above and beyond to suggest a similar item that's on the menu permanently. Then, when I got to the window he gave me the inside scoop on when the seasonal item would be in the store. Just a friendly chill dude who made a 10pm fast food visit enjoyable.
Ive had similar experiences with others on their night crew and all are pleasant and helpful. People like this ought to be celebrated more often.

“The food was Taco Bell good. If you have ever eaten there you know. The service was awesome. I used the drive thru and the workers were very nice and smiled which I needed at that moment. The Atmosphere, I cant speak for the inside of the building. What I can speak for is the crater of a pothole pulling into the parking lot. I almost turned around thinking I needed to use my dinner money for car repairs. My car survived, and my dinner was very good. I will return, but I will use the other entrance.“
“Damien took care of us in the drive thru yesterday, 8/2/26. He is such a bright light that we weren’t expecting. He was energetic and happy to be taking care of us. He had such great manners and actually gave the customer service that places have been lacking lately. I hope his coworkers feed off of his energy and he applies that great attitude in every aspect of his life. He will go far! I’m happy our paths crossed.“
“Had a great experience at this Taco Bell. Drive-thru employee was super friendly and answered any questions I had. They got the order all correct and didn’t leave anything out, plus they loaded it up with plenty of sauces in the bag.“
“The BEST Taco Bell in Louisville.
As someone who spent their entire childhood hood, teenage years, and college years eating Taco Bell, this has got to be the best location I have ever visited. Springhurst is a close second, but this location is consistent, friendly, and conveniently located. Staff always goes the extra step with each order we place. The food is commercial quality!

“I’ve been to this Taco Bell in Okolona several times, and it has always been a pretty solid experience. The food is usually good, orders are generally accurate, and it’s a convenient location when you’re looking for a quick and easy meal. The staff has been friendly, and I appreciate having a dependable Taco Bell in the area.
Overall, it’s a good Taco Bell that I would recommend. It may not be my top location, but it’s still a place I’m happy to come back to.“
“Incredibly impressed with this location. On a Saturday night (06/07/26) we ordered through the mobile app and our order took typical time for 3 am, the lady working the drive through was incredibly considerate. She apologized for our wait, gave us a free taco coupon, double checked what sauce we needed, and offered silverware. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Taco Bell location that operated with such consideration, especially late night. Shout out to that lady and her team, they held their stuff down.“
“I was trying to order food through the drive threw, when I was ordering he kept denying my service for no reason I was speaking in with manners to the man to he is old around 60 and kept being rude to me and my friends for absolutely no reason. Horrible service.“

“The staff is absolutely phenomenal. Made a small mistake but with a smile fixed the drink. And the food was exceptional. This is the best Taco Bell I ever had. “This location tends to have the fastest service on this side of town. They are usually polite but at the least professional. I always order through the app so not sure how ordering at the mic is but I've always received the order as ordered.“
“Always use drive-thru. Whoever owns/manages the two taco bells on New Cut Road hires terrific staff. Always nice and friendly. Gets order out fast. They still give a senior discount on drinks!!! The food is, well, it's Taco Bell. What else can you say. I like it.“
“A young lady by the name of Mesha greeted me and my family the other day at our table while we were dining she asked us was our food ok and how was our day so far you don't see that now days the environment was bubbly from the time we got there until we were done eating.

“I can’t believe I’m writing a review for Taco Bell lol but it needs to be said . Night shift crew needs some praise they are doing an amazing job. Got some food a couple weeks ago and was unusually fresh like fresh fresh and appearance looked like a taco off a commercial. Went on vacation gone a week flight got in late stopped by and same thing. And always friendly and respectful. Take care of this crew and epically the lady at the drive thru.“

“Never had a disappointing visit here. Every time I visit, the window person is very friendly. Today I was asked to leave a review and it's my great delight to do so. Taco Bells are very hit or miss depending on location, but this one is definitely a five out of five stars. Would definitely recommend and will be returning frequently.“

“This is a pretty nice Taco Bell location. The restaurant is newer, clean, and has a nice overall appearance. My food was hot, fresh, and tasted good, and the service was friendly. The drive-thru was convenient and my order came out in a reasonable amount of time. I also like that this location is open late, which is definitely convenient when you’re looking for something quick. Overall, a good Taco Bell experience and I would definitely stop here again. 🌮“
“I ordered from the drive thru tonight, and I was very surprised with the food. The nacho fries were so fresh, and the chili cheese burrito tasted like it used to when I was a kid. The employees were so polite and everything came out quickly. It was the best overall experience I've had from any Taco Bell in years. “This is my second visit to this brand new taco bell. Both times the food was hot and delicious. My favorite is the bean burrito and most taco bells give you old beans. Also ordered standard beef crunchy, tacos and the taco shells were fresh and crispy. Most taco bells, quality are hit and miss. This taco bell does not disappoint“

“This location you never know what your gonna get day to day but seems they lack more than good ...leave alot of items out of your order and you tend to have to pull back around in 10 mins even if your ordered online an waited 10 mins to even leave your house... however most of the staff thats been there awhile are pretty hospitable.“

“Fast and great service. After our visit, I decided to call and commend the team for their service; That was the most neat and beefy taco I have ever gotten from Taco Bell! (Pat yourself on the back cook) The Gentleman working the window/cashbox, carried himself with confidence & respect. The manager was happy to receive these compliments & I think she is doing a good job herself.
