“I love Wild Eggs and my go to server at the Jeffersonville location! Sadly, I was disappointed for the first time today due to the lack of cleanliness of the booth we were seated at. There are A LOT of old food pieces and crumbs all around the seat between the vinyl and wood. Even our host noticed it and attempted to clean up with a well-used bar mop towel. Needless to say, I immediately washed my legs and changed shorts when I got home after sitting on all that. These restaurants need to stop cutting servers and igniting safe sanitation practices to save a buck! Pay your team a true wage to clean. Thank you!“

“The Red Yeti is one of our favorite restaurants, and tonight was terrific, as usual. Our server, Natalie did a wonderful job, with prompt, friendly care that was timed just right without being bothersome. Larry's brisket and side salad were delicious and filling. My hot brown was yummy, with ample fresh-tasting turkey and a wonderful sauce that pulled the other ingredients together. Of course, I took half of it home. “I do NOT recommend this place. We went with a party of 15 this afternoon and had a truly disappointing, awful experience. We arrived shortly after they opened. We were the only ones on the outside patio the entire visit (just shy of 3 hours) and the inside dining room never got very busy, but you'd never guess by how terrible the service was. It took nearly 2 hours for (most of) our food to come out, and even then, several orders were wrong. Our drinks were rarely filled. Our waitress and other staff may have been stretched too thin, but did the manager ever come out to speak with us or try to make things right even once? nope! The food and beer prices are high and not worth the price. (Food arrived cool and tasted ok... not worth the prices.) No apologies were offered before we left after paying our expensive tabs. We will not be back. Don't waste your time! They clearly don't care about getting return customers.“

“We had an event at Upland, in their large banquet room, last week, and it was not a simple set up or take down for us. Anna and the team at Upland allowed us enough access, beforehand, to transform the room into something spectacular. The appetizers and meals were top notch, served buffet style, with beef, chicken, salads, vegetables, potatoes, vegetarian skewers and more. The staff worked hard to accommodate us and the guests were all happy with the food and how we had set everything up. The were a few hiccups, like the bar having limited choices for guests. It was that there were not choices, but better known brands were unavailable, though their own brands were (and some were pretty good). Also, the staff was so stealthy, that we didn’t realize dinner had been served. We also weren’t sure how to turn some lights on when it got darker outside. Those negatives did not have an affect on the overall party and how it was received, though. I give the an 9 out of 10, knowing that those things wouldn’t happen again.“

“Not sure why this location is so bad but I will no longer visit the Jeffersonville McAlister. Customer service is always bad and the food is not as good. They make the sandwich I get differently too. I have never ever gotten any of the pickles after I ask for them.“
