Always have made it right if they mess up.
Did an online order. Kid came back with the order there was no sauces at all and I paid for 6 of them called five times let It ring until I hung up each time
I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich for me and my dad, and when we received it, there was absolutely no Nashville hot sauce on the sandwichs at all. We called and they said they could give us a small dipping container of the hot sauce, but by then, our food would have been cold. Extremely disappointed. This is the second time in a row this has happened.
