“First off, I should state that I own a brewery and already know the owners of 10-56. Next, I've been here a few times in the past but last night my lady and I had fantastic burgers, great drinks and were treated extremely well by the staff and owners. A fantastic place for beer snobs and locals. Highly recommended.”

“These tacos are amazing! Their meat has flavor by themselves, but you can add a shot of their sauce for more. Their green sauce adds more flavor and their red sauce gives the taco a nice extra bit of kick! Being from Texas, I'm happy to have found an establishment that has great tacos in Indiana. “One of the best pizza places I've been to in the area as a top reviewer of such places I give my approval it's a really good family owned business which I like to see. The food is top notch and the service is excellent, the fry cook they have now is top notch and he makes it fantastic, he makes it like it's for himself. Quality meals. And the ribs they have now are just to die for. Along with their smoked meats such as the chicken and pork is all smoked now, so no matter if it's on a pizza or a sandwich it's the same and it's mouth watering. In my opinion this is the best restaurant in town. And the wait times are extremely low especially with appetizers you get them right away. And if you want something made special or specific to your needs let them know and they will accommodate. I'd eat here everyday if I could. Truly one of the most underrated restaurants in downtown historic Knox, it really is pizza worth driving for. And don't even get me started on their wagon cart. The wood fired pizza is the best”

“If Ricky is cooking get the double cheeseburger it’s incredible... hand made patties not dry .....onion rings are battered .....not the nasty breaded kind and not greasy everything thing was perfect. Noah’s service was excellent. He was very attentive... You have to stop here . My mom had the Chicago dog and fries and she loved it .... the fries are huge this is a must stop as you are driving through Knox Indiana....”

“The ribeye sandwich, Italian beef, onion rings, and cucumber salad, were all simply amazing! We were pleasantly surprised because we have never been there. This was the best meal both of us have had in a long long time! To top it off, our bill was a portion of what we would spend elsewhere for that type of meal.”

“I was here last night with my family. We were a party of 15, including myself, 7 of those were kids from the age of 3 months to 15 yrs old. The waitress was extremely friendly and even handled my grand kids wonderfully, even when she was asked several times by the grandchildren could I get something I forgot to ask you for? The food was great! No complaints from any of us and that’s hard to do with that big a bunch! I would highly recommend this place!”

“I usually never have any issues with service or the things I buy here. I just want to say that to the older lady working in Fingerhut bakery today that was not only rude slamming my purchases on the counter, and was speaking rude to me, and put a dirty wax paper in the box of donuts (because yes I seen it hit the floor and watched you pick it up and then put it in the box), BUT YOU WERE LAUGHING at my 3 year old grandson who not only tripped backwards in his excitement over a cookie he chose, but when he FELL against that metal rail at the bottom of the counter flipping over and hurting himself, then jumped on me because of your failure to get all items I asked for and had to run my card twice.....you have lost my business.... as well as several others who I know have given you plenty of theirs as well. I was there at 10:50 this morning and I have definitely put this on social media for everyone to see.”
