I stopped in yesterday for the first time with my friend to check this place out and I loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the cookies and pies were bought were delicious, AND they were very well priced for home-made goods. Highly impressed and I enjoyed shopping local. The blueberry cookies are honestly to die for!

Sold pies for them in connection of Eastern Elementary school fundraiser, has been the absolute worst experience ever when it came to fundraising. The kids did not get anything as rewards etc for selling the pies (except for the top 3 sellers) it was pushed from pickup on Friday to Monday at 3:15 today is Monday & now they don’t know when the pies will be ready for pick up. I’ve called the school & the pie shop & absolutely no one I’ve talked to knows when they’ll be ready. I don’t live in town so will have to make yet again another trip in for these pies. After dealing with angry customers wanting their money back from not receiving the pies they ordered on time. This has been nothing but a headache. UPDATE: After waiting 3.5hrs I was shorted 12 pies & was told the others will come eventually…. Not happy! Many customers want refunds

We sold 60 pies for the Eastern Elementary fundraiser because we wanted to support small business and support our school but this whole experience was terrible! Me and a couple of family members were forced to wait for 6 HOURS at the school or in line at the store to fulfill our order. I get things happen but Moore's dropped the ball on making this an easy experience by far. There was a better way to fix this mistake. Forcing people to wait for hours in lines and disconnecting your phones wasn't the way to handle it. You very easily could've gathered orders and organized pickup for families as you fulfilled what was missing. It added way too much stress to an already hectic time of year!

We have worked with Moore's Pie Shop for the last three years, partnering for fundraisers for our school PTO. They have been absolutely phenomenal to work with. All three years they have gone above and beyond to complete our orders and the customer service has been exceptional. Thank you Moore's Pie Shop!
I wouldn’t recommend them for a large fundraiser at least. The pies are still sooo good however it’s just bad business to take on another school fundraiser (who may or may not have sold more than anticipated) during busy season if you can’t deliver. Waiting 3+ hours over multiple days to be told that they still don’t have your pies isn’t acceptable. Plus being open to the public during the same time also puts a sour taste in your mouth, like let’s deliver the pies that are already ordered and paid for before worrying about anyone else!

I bought a mini apple crumble pie at a farmers market here in Indy and it was incredible!! Ive never been to Kokomo but I might have to visit their store now. Really good price too, it was $6 and a pretty good size.
