It was another great lunch meeting with a friend. I arrived early to read a little in a book I'm studying that has been hard to do around the kids. I enjoyed the peaceful environment and hearing the conversations around me. The only bad thing this visit was that their rewards system was down, and it was the only chance I had for my birthday reward, so now I won't get one this year.

Clearly the new manager is micro managing the cups. I use self checkout and then have to wait in line to get a cup. Not what the self check out even says. I don't pay for slip club to wait around for you to give me a cup. I will continue to give bad survey scores and reviews.

I really like this location. My friends and I go here whenever I am in town. The service is fast every time. The food is usually very good!This time, the chicken in my sandwich was cooked but it was freezing cold. This is the first time I have ever had an issue there.That aside, my experience any other time has been 100%

The food was not bad, my sandwich was very good. Unfortunately, the tables were dirty. It has been a while since we ate here, normally around $21,but now $32. Honestly, it's not worth the increase. Saw most people eating the salads.
The staff is always nice. But I have placed 3 catering or very large orders $200+ and there is always something wrong - order fruit cups get bananas or cookies - order soup not one spoon - order box lunches have to go back because one it s missing. It's usually nothing too major just annoying. The bread crust is very chewy but the rest of the sandwich is very tasty. Would recommend the Turkey Bacon Bravo or Napa Chicken Salad sandwich.

Love this place! The people the quickness but I don’t care too much for the price for what you get which brings me to my 3 stars on the food. So I order a sandwich every time. I feel like I’m getting a loaf of bread with a tiny bit of meat. My avocado is always only on one side of the sandwich. Not both sides which is annoying. If I’m paying $21 for a sandwich I should be getting a sandwich. I’ll take pictures next time and share my experience of everything not in one bite lol. ?
