I work nearby so I tend to come in the evenings and there is always one person on the staff that makes it dreadful. When addressing issues she pushes them aside and goes back to what she is doing like it is more important than listening to customer service or trying to address issues. I would always say join the awards app, my wife did we both ate there the other day, both had a pick two for a total of $12.
I went through the drive thru and was asked if I was done ordering after every item I ordered so I cut my order short because that’s super annoying and I figured they didn’t want me to order any more if they kept asking. I ordered 2 items…instead of “that’s all for you?” in an annoyed tone, ask “what else can I get for you?” in any other tone but annoyed. I felt like I was bothering the person taking my order by ordering a bagel and soufflé.
