In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Obviously, the drinks are great. That’s the only reason I keep coming back. However, the customer service needs improvement. It’s frustrating when an order is read back exactly as given and still made incorrectly, and then the customer is met with irritation as if it’s their fault. It is increasingly frustrating when this happens more than once a week

If a customer specifically asks for something to be left out, that detail should be clearly confirmed...

Fastest service in town for coffee and friendliest staff. Always greet when coming in store. I lived in Seattle proper for 10 years and I'd recommend this store and it's staff to be in Washington itself.
