I want to personally think the man and the woman that are being sent outside in the pouring rain to hand people their meals. While I understand businesswise, this is keeping orders moving and money flowing. However, at what point do we protect our employees and keep them healthy and think of their well-being first? They don’t even have raincoats on.

Went to drive thru at 4:44 AM on a Saturday and what a disaster!!
Lunch/Dinner menu was still showing on board, after I asked about it I was told I could order breakfast or a dinner item. I ordered a steak bagel meal, drove up to the Pay window and was informed that I could not order from the breakfast menu. I said ok, and ordered a quarter pounder meal instead. I was then told that I could not have fries, they only had hash browns. WHAT??? Staff was extremely apologetic, but...read full review
