In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

We were in town visiting guests and stopped by this LaPorte Starbucks location three times during our visit. The service at the drive thru was fantastic. The young man taking our order and working the window, TOMMY, was very professional and polite. If we had more customer service like Tommy, the world would be a better place.

I usually order on the app then pick up. Well happen to be close by and needed caffeine for headache. So ordered my drink with NO whip and EXTRA shot. I believe the guy was new. He repeated my order 3 times then a girl came on. Got to the window paid and waited. He had a problem with the order behind us too. Well gave me my drinks and mine had whip on top (I thought that's fine he's new I'll just stir it in). As I left took a sip. No extra shot either. I could...
