Best Italian beef I've had outside of Chicago. We may not have Portillo's here but AJ's is just as good, maybe even better. Chili dogs are a little pricey but very good.

Great food as always. Never a bad day when you go to AJ's. Get either the tenderloin on Tuesday or the breakfast burger with the egg still runny. And the cheesy macaroni bites. You won't regret it.

Lafayette doesn't have a lot when it comes to Chicago style food, but AJ's comes pretty close. Their Italian beef is absolutely stuffed with meat, and the au jus is delicious. It's also one of the only places in town to get a hot pizza puff. I've also gotten their loaded fries and some grilled chicken sandwiches that were amazing too, and my husband likes their burgers. It is a little pricey but it's worth it.

Best fries in Lafayette. Crispy and tasty. I ordered the blue cheese burger and the western burger. They were delicious! The staff were friendly and courteous even though we arrive 30 minutes before they closed. This place beats five guys.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Told them it was our first time and the guy was on the spot with the specials. The loaded fries are a must try! The food was fesh and as ordered in a timely manner. Great little spot!

If there were -stars they would get them. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM SOUTHSIDE AJ'S BURGERS!!!!! PLACED an online order at 11:40 for delivery at 12:45. Called at 1 and was told it was ou ut sh ou uld be here in 5 minutes. Time is now 1:29 and we STILL DON'T HAVE THE OUR ORDER!!! I called and the manager said there was nothing she could do!! PATHETIC!!! It FINALLY showed up at 1:40 pm
