Smokey and dirty tavern with poor service. Tried the steaks and they were overpriced and poorly prepared. Fatty and gross. The clientele and staff are questionable as they typically stand around on their phones or hide in the back. There are way better spots in town for a good drink and meal.

Enter at your own health risk. What a nasty ashtray loving health hazard. They should have a sign out front warning you of the smoking. How does the health dept allow this. Overall uninviting place with signs that say this area only for Juls and friends. Will not go back.

Straight up ashtray when you walk in. The server was nice but the food was not. We order the Salisbury steak the picture they posted was two patties but what we got was crumbled up meat in gravy with some stewed tomatoes. It was very much a soup and just taste like gravy. 🤷‍♀️

Excellent service my beer never went dry and the steak is best around!

Not a regular and it was very evident . Could not get anyone to come back to table to get another drink. No one came back to check on food order after it was delivered. Food took over 45 minutes. Not my favorite place.

Hospitality with public from owners is not what Hops used to offer. As we attended tonight what used to be Hops Wed. Steak nights we spent 140.00 food was excellent but staff and ownership were very rude. Due to ownership rudeness I would recommend Linnwood Tavern or any other local taverns. Due to the sign, Is this Hops or CJ PITTS? Building says one thing and road sign says another.

Really cool place to grab a beer. They allow smoking so be ready. Other than that the AC is blasting cold air. The specials for food look amazing. Next time I visit I'm grabbing lunch.
