Ordered through the app. Arrived at drive thru, found order told to pull around. Once at the window, told they were out of one of the items. Did I want something else instead. Since I used the app, I had already paid, and a refund wasn't offered. I was at the drive thru no menu board and the app nor website would load the menu. Was rudely told to pick a replacement or not. So I left without my original item or a replacement. Not a good look DQ when there are other options.
waited 15 min before cashier acknowledged we were here. Ask for burgers no onions no tomatoes. Cashier did not pay attention and I said it twice. after paying I noticed it only said no tomato.
When food came out I checked burgers. pushed them back and said no onions, no tomatoes. it took us 15 more min till they finally got food in our hand. Got out to car to eat, burgers were slopped together, rings cold.
This is there 3rd strike with me. each visit is horrible. not...read full review
