I ordered tots - I literally recieved ONLY 6 tots. What the actual flagship?!?
I ordered on the go and when I got to the window they handed me my drink and sent me on my way. I continued to sit there as I also had a food order. When they finally found my ticket, which did in fact show I had ordered food, they rushed to get my food. When I got it, the hash browns were still frozen in the middle. I contacted customer service immediately through the QR code on the window and was told I’d hear back within 48 hours. It’s been nearly 5 days and still no response.
