Listen, I love En Lai but their vegetable soup is terrible. It’s barely cooked vegetables with vegetable broth poured over it. It’s like they took their lightly blanched veggies from their saute prep, and mixed up some dry veggie stock with water and just put them together. The food is absolutely delicious. Out of this world good. The vegetable egg roll, that we were recommended by the person working the counter, was stuffed thick,fried beautifully, and made "in house"( which is just a fancy way of saying it was made there)! We ordered the roast pork fried rice and a special for the day which was garlic chicken pork with vegetables.
