Just FYI. Fazolis on 26 in Lafayette has awful management. I've been there twice and they weren't very professional. 1st time, the man manager was literally freaking out in front of everyone because they were getting busy. This time, I needed help ordering online, called the store. One of the options was to order press 3. I press 3 and I'm told they won't take phone orders. Does not follow Ada was very rude about service dogs in the facility and would not allow it after I ordered my food. I have to have my service dog to live. Service dogs are not required to have papers and the registration websites are a scam. I do not have to give me medical info to an establishment in order to bring my medical equipment inside.
