SERVICE. no.the service here was trash. first I asked for a lemon slushy and she says there’s no slushy’s what’s the closest thing to a slushy literally the Italian ice drink that you have on the menu???? which she didn’t offer until i said it. then I asked for a small spaghetti with marinara, no meatballs. just noodles. and marinara. and somehow this lady messes it up. she orders me a large so I end up paying $15 for food that I shouldn’t be paying $15 for??? on top of that, I live an hour away, so getting food like this makes my whole month and she ruined it so thanks. (i actually don’t mean thanks and that lady should be fired.)

Had my daughters 8th birthday, had about a dozen or 15 people, $150 fed everyone and they picked what they wanted, was worth it.The bday cake we brought in after rollerskating was allowed, and we used a candle app for her to blow out the safe candle ?

Haven’t eaten here in years. Aden Ray (name on ticket) took our order. He was super kind and patient with my kiddos who were rambunctious and unable to make up their minds on what to eat. I overheard the cooks in the back talking down to him, I chimed in and asked if there was a problem? They said no not with your order but that HE (Aden) was the issue. Clearly the employees treat their coworkers terribly. I so badly wanted to jump over the counter and GIVE the cook a reason to have an issue. ? but my kids were with me. lol

Waited about 20 minutes just for someone to even try to take out order! Then tell us they couldn't cook the bacon for our meal a couple extra seconds so it would be crispy!! The guy that finally came to the register seemed like he didn't even want to help anyone and there was a huge line behind us. We left because that's not how you treat customers.
Had two sports teams there for lunch. Service was fast and food came out in a timely manner.

Two reviews in one:Please read #2 as well.1) Staff and Food: Staff is friendly. They take orders quickly and are nice and professional. Very fast tasty Italian food. Not mind blowingly great but for under 10 minutes turn around --very good. I've been to several Fazolis all over Indiana and the food here is better than most.2) Management or "Higher Ups": When my wife and I got married 16 years ago we'd come here and buy ~$20 worth of food, eat 3/4 of it and then gorge on breadsticks. THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE NOW. There use to be a sign hanging above the general food pickup / service area basically saying "You can ask for bread sticks here!" THIS IS GONE. Despite there being an advertisement on the menu saying UNLIMITED bread sticks for those who are dining in, when I asked for bread sticks before going to my table I was told they could not and that it would be brought out only when the food was brought out. (It has been this way for at least a year now.) The Fazolis website raves about Fazolis unlimited bread sticks being made every 15 minutes, how great they are, how much they love to serve them, and how they'll be brought out to the table. This RARELY happens and if it does it only happens once in a 45 minute visit. So what makes me say Management is the problem. Employees generally use the words and actions of Managers and Higher Ups. When I asked about getting bread sticks to take them to the table while waiting for food the nice lady behind the counter used a phrase similar to "They don't want the food WASTED." The word used was WASTED. An employee making pennies on the owner / management dollar does not use this. It was taught AND it is the attitude of Higher Ups who are franchising this location. "OH why must we waste $3.50 on our long time customers." Rant over.
